My name is Ian Cowie also known as food fanatic ‘Mr Snax’. Food is my raison d’etre and the focus of my travels around Scotland and Europe. My aim is to be your host in discovering what is good food... where to find it, buy it, cook it and most importantly how to eat it!

With a little help from my friends I’ll be showing you the best in what Scotland has to offer - restaurants, cafe’s and bars - food producers, food fairs, I may even tempt you with the odd recipe.

You will experience the very best in cuisine across the board and not only the cheese board!

Initially starting in Edinburgh and Glasgow we’ll be traveling further afield bringing you a look into the life of a true gastronaut.
